yesterday i mean, these are caterpillars from the scorpion fly, but today i read, the grubs are only 15 mm and my caterpillars are 30 mm. they looks semilar.

Wow beautiful shot of those caterpillars !! I know its difficult to capture them just right ! Excellent stuff !! Ps. i noticed that the scorpion fly is on the same kind of leaves as the caterpillars... maybe the same tree ?

yes it is the same tree. maybe an wild apple.
