Description

Dark being in my life, seeping through my skin, I have no choice to take or part, my involuntary kin. Dark movements in the light, I can't invite you in, you've taken me away from life, my intolerable twin. You're not even aware of the hurt that you cause, of the flesh that you've got your claws in, but you are the past, forever to taunt, my opposite. My involuntary kin.

You've produced a very moving [and pointed] description of the hurt and pain caused by those we trusted. I can relate to that all too easily.

Excellent work .... yes, Meico is cherished here .... he has a great heart and a way with words most do not .... I, on the other hand, grow on people, like a 'fungus'? .... wink! .... welcome! .... brian.

Loved this too! I have written a lot about my "darkside" over the years (though I don't think I've posted any of those here so far) so I felt a special kinship ;) to this piece.
