Description

Canon 10D + Sigma 105mm EX Macro ISO 800 f2.8 1/250 I am not sure yet whether to post this as one of this month's entries to the photo-challenge...given the subject, I will be spoiled for choice! I love shallow dof and the atmosphere it can create. In this one, I saw the christmas tree branches turn into grasping hands, and the repeatative series of them seemed to suggest movement. I hope that the focus, tone etc gives it a slightly menacing feel. Thanks for viewing.

Reminds me of a video series called 'secret lives of plants', close ups of any plant always give me pause after seeing THAT! :P

This could be a muppet hand in green wanting to wave hello. Love that piney look with the hint of the wonderful pine aroma.
