Description

Here is the new version. I have tried all the other colors to replace the brown but without success. I have also tried B&W but the picture looses most of its impact. I believe this one is a bit better than the previous one. I used a warming filter (81) and a brown layer(soft light) at 17% opacity to reach deeper tones and to blend the sky and the foreground together a bit more. Let me know if it is overdone. Thanks for all the great comments! :) The picture was taken at Port William, Nova Scotia. The colors were not very good so i modified them using Photoshop. Thanks! The details were lost because the wood was almost white and the sun was shinning on it. I even used the "burn" tool to bring out some details but that all i could do. :( I used the brown color to try to accentuate the fact that it looks abandoned and old. But i can try something else if it's too much. Thanks again! You can criticize anytime, i need to get much better :D

if the colour didnt do it for u, scenes like this one will work well in monochrome [B+W] give it a go, u might like it. good attempt at a recovery with color, i like it!

No way! B/W will kill the photo! It's the color work that makes the "play" here... I only interfared because I thought it could be improoved a bit, but I like the colorwork very much!

Looks good to me you can try adjustment layers where you can adjust one colour without effecting the others..
