A good beginning, man. If I may suggest you, snowy and arctic scenes benefit from having vast spaces and low inclines on which the snow can lay down. The water is a strong point in it, and it could do very well as an alpine lake among the cliffs. Go on, learn, experiment, read tutorials, and see you on the next!

Very good start. I might also suggest using a bit of turbulence for the water. Frozen water in nature would be more opaque. This is one of the weaknesses of Terragen, although I like the program, overall. Keep working at it, you will get there.
