Description

This scene was created and rendered entirely in Poser, with brief touch-up in Photoshop. Nothing serious, just fooling around with light settings. I liked the way this turned out. As always, if you see any potential improvements in posing, scene composition, or lighting, please let me know. Thanks for looking!

I like the moon, and I like the ballerina-like pose. Its the grass silhouette that makes this so interesting. Its perfect proof that the small things in an image can really make it good. Nice job dude!

Amelia stood, frozen to the spot, half way through her solitary dance. A strange smell assaulted her senses, elf, yet not! She wished she could ask the head lady of her tiny elfin village, but she had wandered too far away, chasing moonbeams and riding on the fallen leaves in the gusty fall breeze. She sniffed again, still too scared to move a muscle, and this time she knew! It was the smell of a male elf. Never before had she seen one as they were even more elusive loners than the females of the villages, but Amelia had no doubt now. The time of mating had arrived, and with that knowledge she watched in fear as the grass wavered in front of her and a shadow appeared. The paralysis broke with a snap, and she ran, half in fear and half in anticipation, with a strange excitement flowing through her as she wondered how long it would take him to catch her, and if he was as handsome as her dreams had promised.
