Description
Note this was a slide ... so this was made on film in the camera ... then the slide was scanned and the digital version was adjusted to resemble the real slide as much as at all possible.

I like it... (not big on faeries usually) but these colours blend so very well.

I am big on the Stag icon, then in recent years I guess I needed a familiar, too, that would also reach to touch life IN our direction, and a penchant for faeries grew up within me (not that they always "mean well" in the tales, but that's another story anyway) ... my collection of fearies is kept limited but I always liked this little one and she works well in a few different moods ... I collected the fallen oak leaves (another mythical symbol) and made my own background card which it turns out really eliminated depth of field problems, it was shot tabletop with plant light bulbs and therefore a blue filter - oh, ok it is a double exposure, dont' move the tripod, one is made out of focus the other in focus, of course you have to reduce the exposure times for each in the doubles and I made a bunch with bracketed shots type ideas & fished out the slides that had worked.
