The first thing I did when seeing this was Laugh at the fact that the mouse was robbing the people. Thanks for the laugh and a great picture.

Must admit I got lost in this one for a while. LOTS of detail work. Also like the use of the full-color thumb, then this for contrast.

Awesome work, James!! You truly set the standard!! I especially like the alien to the left, checking out the chick's butt ... where's that hand of his going? HA! Adds a nice "Rockwellian" touch ... also like the lighting on the legs of the background characters! Excellent depth and detail. You da man!

There is a greater comedy element to this pic than the others James, which is no bad thing at all. You have truly mastered modelling in Bryce as these are by far the best examples I've seen, similarly your Poser work. May I suggest an 'outdoor' scene where the challenge would be to transpose the obvious elements your images purvey into a new setting...and if you take up my suggestion, don't forget to mail me. Truly, truly awesome work.

Very few artists here can 'render' me speechless! - but hats off to you James, this is truly outstanding work! - the arrangement, the attention to detail, the posing, all of the little things that were needed to make this artwork as great as it is! - I imagine this took quite some time to create, but I have to say it.... MORE!!!!! :)

James, I take my hat off to you, no - I take my whole head off!! Your work is impressive enough with the sheer technical perfection and meticulous attention to the smallest details, but your sense of narrative and of place (fantastic space bus station, btw!) are what make this piece a masterpiece!! I just wish we could see your work more often! (couldn't you give up your day job? lol!) And what would you think about posting the full size, colour one? Go on!

All I can say is that you are amazing. I somehow missed your previous works. I just checked them out and I am blown away. You have such a unique style, from the poses you use, to the camera angles to the characters. This is unbelieveable. Are these works for some sort of story that you are working on, maybe an animation or something? You are amazing!

Impressive and detailed work. It took me sometime to absorbe the whole picture. Great idea of having a mouse as one of the main characters.

Whoa! Just had a look at all your pics. Outstanding is the first adjective that comes to mind. This is one of the best series I've seen here. The detail is top notch. I love looking at all the "behind the scenes" stuff, it really puts extra life to the pictures. Very, very well done!

Damn this is incredible!!! Just poser and bryce?!?! I'm so incredibly amazed!! Wonderful work!!!!! The characters are zany and creative in their own respects... and the mouse is just the most awesome character! L -- Lad (aka zerosu-san)

As calseeor said earlier, somehow I also managed to miss your earlier work, a quick visit to your gallery changed that and the mistake won't be made again! I am in awe of the detail and the composition. How's it feel to raise the standard for others to reach?

Great, as always! You are the only artist I've added as a favourite in my browser! Perfect details. Full scenes (not only the focused event). Good depth. Bold coloring. Humour. You have it all. Wish I was half as good. I only have one very small comment. The rope looks a bit "dead". Put a slight bend in it to give it some swing and it will look a lot more alive. If you ever want to post the complete series, I'd be happy to host your web site for free on my server!

This is absolutely amazing. Your work truly inspires me to push the limits of the tools used. I have no idea how you manage to compose such excellent scenes. Looking forward to more. Keep it up.

Thanks for all the kind words. It's this kind of response that keeps me motivated to try new things and work harder on the technique. I will try to have a website up where I can provide some tutorials on the tricks/techniques I use. Thanks again for all the support.
