Description

Remainameless, a local Toronto band, had their CD release party last Friday at the Rivoli, and asked me to come out and take some photos. I've been to the Rivoli many times, but this was the largest crowd I'd ever seen there. Not only that, but there was a group of very large guys at the front moshing... They aren't exactly a moshing kind of band, and the Rivoli has never really been a moshing kind of place... but these guys decided to start up a pit right behind me - but RIGHT behind me! A few kind souls built a human sheild around me for a bit, but got sucked into the thrashing, so I took shelter up on top of the large speakers at the front of the stage. It turned out to be a great vantage point! More to come! Enjoy the music!
