Description

Some details at the Sanctuary of Truth located in Banglamung, Chonburi in Thailand, roughly two-hours southeast from Bangkok. It's an ongoing privately funded project started in the early 1980's, whose objective is to preserve traditional wood building craft and skills. This is an amazing wooden structure, built in the traditional style

Very nice Moe, as in the last pic the light and the shadows it casts really helps to bring out the details and I've always loved elephants.

I was just looking at the ones you sent me: WOW! And this one is no exception. The details are incredible. From what I heard, just the image of an elephant is good fortune. Nice shot once again Moe!

This is a beautiful photo Moe, you have got the contrast spot on. Why we humans have stopped creating such exquisite token monuments to our gods and well being, is beyond me... So it is great news that this project is still keeping the spirit very much alive!
