Thanks for viewing ! Comments are welcome... This image is part of a serie, you can view the first photo of the serie here. I finally found out what species it is :D ! Its an Ornate Tailed Digger Wasp (Cerceris rybyensis). The females stock their nests with paralysed small solitairy bees for their larvae to eat.
