Description

Most everyone was right about my first attempt at this image -- the sun was too bright in the sky. So, I adjusted the background in Photoshop (Hue/Saturation/Luminance colorize). I also added a tiny red glow. I think this is a little more effective. Thanks to everyone for the helpful, constitutive criticism and suggestions.

I like the improvements, but I still believe that the textures you added to the glass itself and the way the light plays off them is the key element that makes this a fine image.

For me, the glow hints that something magical is about to happen (like a Genie popping out). I've already started work on a more detailed version of the bottle and hope to have some renders done in a few days.
