Description
This is my first image posted here and, next to everyone else's amazing, professional work, I'm feeling quite inadequate. I'll get comfy soon.
This piece is very different for me but I got an idea in my head, something to do with ropes, and I just went with it. Oh, and it's blue (which is different for me too) but I was thinking of a friend of mine when I made it and he needed a little pick-me-up.
I'm very new to digital art but I've wanted to try my hand at it forever. Thank you, Tim, for the giving me the confidence to try and helping me get here. You rock!

Welcome with this very nice image, Sharon! We all started here at one time or another, and- I'm willing to bet, felt much the same way; I know I did. I like the design and flow, and the blue is beautiful.

First, I have to say how much I appreciate your comments. You've given me confidence. ;) Second ... WOW! I've been browsing through your galleries and I'm enchanted. I have a LOT to learn from you all! I've been a traditional artist for 20+ years and I feel digital expression is a natural progression of that. Like all artists, I appreciate the fresh eyes and ideas of my peers. Thanks again! :)
