I tried to use amber colors and strata on this picture.
I like the clearness and the distinction between the water and terrain.
I hope you like it too.

I like that cloud a lot, and the colors are really good. Yes perhaps too sharp.

Sorry, not a bit too sharp...way too sharp and contrast...the contrast shows in the compression rings in the sky (upper left). Nice concept... IMHO it would look a lot better with less contrast, brightness and sharpness....:)

Agree with Markal... way too sharp. The sky lost its gradient and textures look almost awful. It seems like a very good job, but the view is disturbed with this... Try to fix this and it will be a great job! About contrast - I think it's OK, strong sunlight gives strong contrast. But indeed it could be a little darker. I'm waiting for fixed version ;) because it may be a cool picture.

Agree with above but - to say it clearly - very nice concept. Please give it a second chance maybe with some little changes. I would like to see f.e. some darker surface layers at the shoreline. :-)
