This was done only in terragen, is also my avatar at deviant art.
Original terr is not mine; it was send to me by a good friend of mine.
Terragen is capable of rendering amazing images and structures as you can see.
Hope to get some comments and good input to make it better.

Looks like a fun Terrain to play with. Cool sky colors. Just for fun try backing the camera up to capture all of the reflecting pools and get a lower POV so the pools can reflect the structures. There are lots of Possibilities. Have Fun! :o)

Now all you have to do is figure out an overlay for this. It needs an ornate and elaborate pattern on it. This is great!
