Description

Let us not forget what the price of our liberty is. As we approach the fourth of July and all the celebrations that revolve around it here in the USA, please remember the soldiers from every corner of the free world who have paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. And so, I salute all the men and women from every corner of the free world who have served, suffered, toiled and even died to keep us free. May God bless and keep you. It may not be common knowledge to everyone that the planes are flying in what's known as "The Missing Man" Flight Formation (mentioned by Djeser) generally acknowledged as a tribute to fallen comrades. I thought that was a very nice touch, and wanted to make sure other viewers knew.

You have brought tears to my eyes. We are such a blessed and privleged nation. Many members of my family have served, given their lives and others are dying due to effects of war. Thank you for your tribute it means so much to me and my family.

u r so right servo and im sure those that didnt know r gr8ful for u informing them..and yes my prayers go out to all who ARE fighting now and ALL who r affeced by their disappearance..my heart weeps for the families and loved ones who lost someone due to the horrifc beheading...I pray for the families and loved ones who lost someone in the bombings that have occured on our soil but also on foreign soil! I commend the ones who are joining our armed forces now, even knowing the danger we r in right now over seas! Prayers and Hugs go out to all the spouses and children who are absent a parent!..i pray for all of our Govt. who take hand in the decisions of our world...and i do mean this...I pray 4 "WORLD PEACE!"..What a lovely tribute!..Definitely gets my vote!!!!!....Gentle Hugs love and God Bless to you and your loved ones sweetie!...Laura:0)))))

Excellent Tribute. War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling that thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
