I've been around a fair bit, seen the darker side of life, been burned, but still here. Different than most, we can have a unique outlook on things.
BIO
Originally started work with video production but quickly got involved in CGI in 1991 Unfortunately, almost all my work previous to 1999 (dating back to 1991) was lost due to computer problems, but a few pics survived (mostly the ones that were already online). The earliest renderings were done on Amiga500 with Sculpt/Animate4D, then later on an Amiga1200 with Imagine2, 3 and 4 Later renders were done on a Pentium133 in Imagine for DOS 4, then later on a PII233 with Imagine for Windows. Current work is done on my P4 3.2Ghz with 3dsmax, tho I have occasionally done some work with Lightwave and Cinema4D. Check out my homepage at http://members.iinet.net.au/~multispud22/

Well...... (looks through backup CD's)..... its just under 300,000 faces. As for how long it took to render?? hard to remember from a couple of years ago, but probably between 30-60 minutes on my old celeron 500.... depending on the resolution.

I could almost feel like I could play on it now. Excellent work!

Dang, Dear Lahl - I was hunting for an upright piano online for my 1930's light and shadow scene ... /-; I couldn't find one. This is superb! I wonder what ghosty is playing it?

Never mind the people. Do an musical animation. Look up some sheetmusic (beethoven - moonlight sonata hint hint), and let the keys do the talking/singing. Very good model, materials and lighting.

Maybe do something with the music sheets? They look a little flat - and they NEVER stand up like that for me! lol Great work.

A nice a-minor7b5 Chord (with b2 and d3it would sound great as a-minor7b5,9,11). In any case the next chord would be probably D7 leading to a g-minor, so what are you waiting for realistic people, your Piano already starts singing!
