My name is Majavae, and I live in Sydney (though I was born in Russia), Australia.
If I come to summarise the origins of my art I always return to an incident five years ago in which I was incapable of leaving home.
The majority of my artwork is 2D, oils or acrylics but I prefer not to post them for their personal content.
Thus I work minorly on Poser 5, and PhotoShop 7.
I have also begun to explore Photography (Canon Powershot G3).
BIOAs you may have noticed many of my images are under no specific category, I prefer the context to be left up to the viewer...
Secondly I want to say thank you- especially to all those who have contacted me to lend their support or just to talk, you know who you are...
I never wanted to inspire pity, or attention towards myself through my photographs. I merely aimed to try to show my own perception of my, admittedly confused, world.
It was with this explanation that I said Goodbye. There had been many things which had changed with and around me in these last years of which I came out of my lurking status. However subdued my return is, I still continue to admire all of your future works.
With deepest gratitude,
Maejavae.

Hell, I taught my daughters to change the oil by the time they were six, older girl is second in goals on her state placed soccer team (i'll brag, i coach), they handle snakes and keep rats and ask questions and if they want to be pink, thats fine, but generally they get pretty bored with it. They can play submissive if they want to, but they are learning they can handle themselves no matter what, and don't need to be dependent on anyone.

femininity is the skill of understanding things before they happen.and drive all in the direction we want, with multiple arrows that are not just the submission of the dependency. we understand and we can have all styles and we can use them all depending on how we feel, and also on what we wish to be. the one who does it without even planning, is the femininity made persona.Time teaches there are no stereotypes that work better than the nature in us. Which is complex, and beautifully so :) Beautiful work btw.

Hah! stereotypes only work if you let them ... it's patently obvious that you haven't - this stunning picture is testament to that. Btw ... I love pink ... but get bored very rapidly with submissive [except in play, of course].

My dear, you don't have to be anything you don't want to be. Be your self and we love all love you the way you are through your art, always so powerful and beautiful regardless of form and color. Submissive? Submissive is the person while gathering strenght to conquer the opressor.

Fantastic Image! Sort of Daliesque. Hope you're feeling better soon. My daughter had a similar problem, cutting herself, but she's doing better now and I'm an anxiety attack waiting to happen. Have to take pills. Geez, creative types, huh!

lol...such a fantastic image...I have never been a fan of pink, so can appreciate the distaste you feel, although I know it's not so much the colour as the associations. I think the powerful swipes of the horizontal lines are my favourite part of this. passionate
