Photoshop Composition By request, this is the image without the brush. The embossing on the original brush, perhaps hard to see at low res, was "Ars Longa Vita Brevi"...Thanks for your comments and I hope you like "Version II"

Thank you Chuck for posting this version, for me this is a much stronger version of your image, the diagonal slash makes a very strong composition element taking you up to the painters eye and into the gaze of his subject, wonderful. :0 )

I think this is perfect now, Chuck. The glance of the eye to the right is so powerful it "draws" a line by itself, guiding us to the face on the left. The inscription on the brush was indeed visible and meaningful, maybe you could include it in the form of handwritten text? V

Looks like Bo dereck from her younger days, Tarzan days, maybe. She had a very interesting and classical profile. Love the Lady but all that texturing detracts from her beauty a bit.
