Description

This one took me so long to make. It started out with a whole village, but I soon realized (after 50 hours of hard work!) that it was too difficult to add necessary details, so I decided to make the focus of the image just two buildings. That really improved the composition! I then remembered a dream I had several nights ago; it was very shadowy and light was shown in weird ways. I decided to try and get that effect so I removed the sun and made ALL of the lighting myself. It took a good few hours, but it was well worth it. Other small details like cracks, gutters and plants took much less time luckily :P Enjoy people! I really like this scene :-)
