Just think, if the games that took place in the Colloseum went on today, it would be a multi-Billion pound industry. I can imagine Bill Gates standing up and giving the thumbs down to some half eaten, half dead slave. Ah! but he would know all about it when the animal supply dried up!

tens of 1000's of people were killed there of course in the name of the games. Even the scene shifters were killed if they got it wrong. Still an amazing place. Try going there early hours of the morning. It's full of cats!

I always had a fascination for the Collosium...I think they should bring it back to replace prisons(although that wouldn't go down too well with people...but it would certainly go down well with the tigers)!!!...lol... Thanks for the view!!! :)

Beautiful place and image, the detail is amazing when you think id its age and the lack of technology available to build these places. Im not sure Bill Gates would be to interest unless you needed to upgrade it! He he
