Description

Weather changes provide great occassions for impressive celestial shows. Like this time. While the rain was still falling, the sun started to shine very bright. I've never seen such a bright rainbow! This one is shot with telelens and usually a rainbow becomes dim when magnified. This one was as bright as you see it now, no postwork to enhance other than the necessary slide scanning stuff. Looks like a rainbow short time before sunset or short time after sunrise. It contains a lot of red and yellow but nearly no green and violett! A "Red Rainbow"!
