Description

I wish (whenever I say that it reminds me of The Incredible Mr. Limpett... is anyone else here old enough to remember that movie? lol!) that I had the online time to comment on all the wonderful works that you guys are submitting here... and hopefully one day things here at "Green Acres" will change and I won't have to climb telephone poles to do it... lol!

This is another Sterling/Apophysis duo... Sterling for the pod thing... and APO for the tail end of the fish.

Off topic just a tad... but it is rather proof positive that I've been at this too long. I made sweet and sour pork for dinner tonight. When I served my husband his plate of pork, green peppers, red peppers and pineapple over steamed rice, he looked at it for a second and said, "Wow... this looks like a fractal!" ROTFL!!

Thanks, you guys, for always being so incredibly supportive and... well... sweethearts... :) ~Helen~

Another fabulous fractal, I just love the 'tail'. Your note about the dinner made me laugh, you must have subconciously arranged the meal on the plate like a fractal..smile. VOTE

Love this fractal, and love that you know about both Mr. Limpett AND Green Acres! Sometimes I feel like no one remembers (or is old enough to remember) the good old days! Thanks for the memories, Helen, and thanks for this lovely image.

V Awesome composition, Helen. Love the flawless transition from soft flowing forms into detailed complexity. And the way this flame emerges from the fractal, ... amazing. You always create such interesting images, Helen, Superfrac !!!

Mr. Limpitt was so COOOOL! That was back when VCRs were not even a concept yet and if you did not see it when it was on the tube you waited another year until they played it again. I never missed it! This image, like all of your others, is truly captivating Helen. Thank you for being you... it is such a joy having you around us.
