Here are Chuck's personal words to the community:
I am a self-taught artist, formerly working in traditional or conventional media. For the last two years I have been experimenting with CG (Computer Graphics), and trying to transition from traditional/conventional media to digital imaging. In a few words, I simply love art and always have. Many of my images are "post-worked" by hand, re-scanned and manipulated in Photoshop. On occasion, I still use pencil, Prismacolor, Silverpoint, Pen & Ink or painting to achieve the desired effect. Whether executed the "old way" or the "new way" or a combination of both, which I often fall back on.
Art is art and it is the end result that is (hopefully) appreciated.

Moving into a silver series? Nice. The repeated patterns with folding, mirroring, and square cutouts work very well. And the water reflection/moonlight, coupled with the B&W "night" feel turn it into a nice, moody piece. Another keeper.

makes me think, now why couldn't i have done that ... luv the individual compo of the cutouts in the portraits & then to set them all up zigzag with the flood, throw in a moon & frame! you make it look so easy... sigh... i'm filing this ideal away in my head!! :] thank you, i adore your work to no end, the artist too

Like the way you set this one up! Nice effect with the pics and the water looks great. Of course must agree its a bit different from the rest, but in this case different is good!!

this is so modern, so pushy, so gorgeously elegant and mystical. Beauty and the eternal struggle between reality and dreamin. This piece is cyber poetry :)

I love the set up of this design! Makes me think of the fashion industry and how they make the scenes for their models to show off some new line of clothes. Very picturesque and exciteing ! You should design these sets !!! Excellent work :D
