Fantastic crystal-like metal sculptures, Dirk . They look so solid, strong and rigid ! Great colouring, reflexions, and surface textures. Delightful work V

Extraordinary composition! The shapes, build, perspective, coloring, textures- ALL so excellent! I don't make a habit of saying this, but you've got my vote!

so concrete, but so graphical, well done. RS

I like the cartoonish element to this. It's reminiscient of the art in Spiegelman's Maus. Your captions would fit there as well. Extraordinary work!

I think this is what a conundrum is. It looks etched, yet it looks 3d at the same time. Far out! v (:

Nothing pointless about this one, Dirk. A very telling image... so much going on... yet so much remains the same. I guess it depends on your point of view... and I love this one!! Kudos on yet another spectacular image!! V

Excellent! To me it represents the continual believe of mankind that we can dominate the land, building our cities higher and higher, expanding throughout the world with no end in sight. In reality it all is basically pointless, it will all go away eventually leaving us like the traveler in Shelley's poem Ozymandias staring at the remains of the huge statue long destroyed on whose base is written "look on my works, ye mighty, and despair". Beautiful work, everything is perfect. v

The title, and then the image, made me think of Harry Nillson and Oblio in the land of Point. But maybe I'm older than you. :-) I really like the image, BTW.

Pointless...inderdaad, alles is afgestompt. Het voelt triest, maar heeft toch een schoonheid...

This render has a certain claustrophobic feeling to it. Everything is too solid, too close, too repeated. I think I wish it will go away. I subscribe to everything redbeard said.
