Description

The Bachalpsee (see yesterday's Trouble in paradise) is a wonderful destination for a hike. Water from the large lake (right) flows to a smaller lake (left (not visible here), to the south) and then via the Milibach into the valley. At the end of May this lake is still frozen and covered with snow. The experience of being here entirely alone (some people have made their tracks on the background but I saw nobody) made it almost to be in a state of grace: white snow, an impressive view on the surrounding mountains, sun and perfect silence. Just God, his creation and me. I am still full of His grace! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 200 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

I fully agree, open space gives special feelings ... but the feeling I have now, in the hot italian temperature, it's tha this image is better than air conditioning ;-) !***
