The composition is very strong. I like the strength of the foreground contrasted against the pastels of the background. Have you considered adding a slightly darker plank to the seat of the canoe? And maybe a few decorations along its trim? Just something to give a little more interest to the central prop.

I like your serene images! I too like the contrast between the background and foreground. I love the atmosphere you used. I do agree also with mmitchell houston, since the canoe seems to be the focal point, it does need to be dressed up a tad more. Excellent work though!
