Interesting image, I noticed that there are no words in the image. The pixelated portion (jagged area) is more reminiscent of ripping then brush strokes. I don't quite get the "feel" of this one. But I await more.

I am guessing the "brush strokes" are referring to the naked model, not the foreground. Nice image.
