Description

Eucalyptus Grove "When mother came here, beautiful and young, father built her a house on the hill. The years went by, half a century passed, and meanwhile her curls have turned to gray. Chorus: But on the banks of the Jordan, it's as though not a thing has changed, there is the same silence, the same scenery, the eucalyptus grove, the bridge, the boat and the salty smell of the water. Over the Jordan the cannons roared and peace returned at the end of the summer. And all the infants have grown into men and built houses on the hill." ~Naomi Shemer~ After expert constructive criticism, I made significant changes to the image so I decided to repost, rather than edit. You can compare for yourself with the previous posting. Like the first post, this is in memory of poet and songwriter Naomi Shemer. Thank you for viewing, comments are welcome
