This is a cool image, I like the angle of the shot. This increases the religious atmosphere more. The guy looks like he's some sort of Shiva now, which contrasts with the buildings (along with his clothing). Shouldn't he play the guitar (or guitars)? With so many hands he can play 3 guitars at the same time :) Oh yeah, maybe I would have removed the pupils and iris, so the eyes becomes a bit more divine.

His hair are much different now from what I used to remember about him. Very striking compo, truly metal icon now.
