Description

[Dedicated to anyone who has met their soulmate] I studied you from a distance while months slipped by. The first time I noticed you something long held darkly reacted. I became lost in your deep eyes bewitched as your body moved with unmatched leonine strength. Buried desires resurfaced unbidden to thrill me with remembered fire. The timbre of your voice stirred the dust from ancient memories. I knew then as I know now that even though eons of time have passed only you are capable of possessing me and I am frightened and awed by your courage. -c. 1995
