Hi ~ my name is Gordon Arnold. I am originally from Croydon, 10 miles south of London, but have lived in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in the north-east of England for over thirty years.BIOThis photo of me was taken by my sister Wendy, aka Gabrielsdream, in September 2005 at the Alnwick Garden in Northumberland.
I've been taking photos since I was about nine years old, I don't specialise, it's just whatever appeals to me at the time! Since going digital, I have discovered the possibilities this offers, and am learning all the time.
My interests apart from photography are music, theatre, art, architecture and museums, travelling and always combined with food, glorious food!
Because I suffer from a rare incurable bone marrow cancer, and have just started a fifth course of very punishing chemotherapy, involving periods of hospitalisation, I am not around on Renderosity much at the moment.
Thank you for viewing.
~Gordon~

Please, Mr Arnold, Tell your sister than she's lucky to have such a brother. You've been offering me your gentle comments for several days now, so I finally decided to take time to visit your collection. What can I say? I'm really impressed... Your eyes and your mind (for the post-work) make a really great combination. I will try to spend more time to appreciate correctly any of your pictures. (that's why you're now within my favorites.) Thank you and congratulations. pp
