Yes, it is FINALLY done! Was a pain in the arse, but worth it, I think. It is a little messy here and there, but...you can only really notice if you look close enough :p And thanks for those who left comments and ideas - the shadow idea seems to have come out well!

WOw!! THis is amazing!!! Only one thing bothering me though; I think the woman looks too big compared to the Alien. I feel the image would have been absolutely perfect if she were smaller. Excellent work!!!

Personally I think the sizes of both subjects is just fine. Aliens come in all sizes. Now the woman's face looks strangly like someone I know. Always take suggestions but never change your work because someone doesn't like or approve of it. Be true to yourself as your art is a part of you. Uncle T.........

Really nice work sythe. I liked the original one too. Have to agree with grunge about the scale of the woman, I feel that if the alien were slightly bigger it would lend a bit of gravitas to its role as protector (but that's just my opinion LOL!) Top work!

As a lon gtime Giger art fan, I'm always interested in how other artists interpret his work. This is very much like a scene in the last alin movie, when sigorney WEaver, the hybrid Alien/Human falls into the Queens (her daughter) nest and is entangled in the hundreds of aliens that have been born. Anyway.. I love the comic twist to this, personally... very nice work!
