Hoverflys are magestic modern insects (it seems that this species are not so old as many other species. As flies, they have loose a pair of wings, but the two wings they have are profiled as dragonflys wings, the aerodynamic is perfection. as dragonflys they can "stand fly" thats why the're calling "Hover"flies. I agree with you Matt, they have enhance my macro abilities too. Thanks for sharing, V
