Description
Spanish Alley - Created in Bryce. The plants and bike from 3dCafe and the wall lamps are by Isaura.
Lighting - Like my recent pictures. The sun is off, ambience is at zero and all lighting comes from radials. 1 at 999 for the sun and about a dozen or so for the ambience set at 3.
Some postwork to sort out the pavement which was a little light. I'm really happy with this one. Hope you like it too. Thanks for looking. Update - The stairs. Ok, ok. I've fixed it. Hope this is better. Thanks for all the comments.

This image so reminds me of a stairway and path I once photographed in Greece. It is very realistic and ever though the stairs are a tad regular I don't think it detracts from the overall feel of the scene. 8)

I hadn't commented earlier, thought I'd wait and see if you did anything with the stairs. (hehehe) And you did! This is simply awesome work! Should help show that with the right people using it, Bryce is an extremely capable rendering package. Congratulations, you should be very proud, as this goes beyond excellent in my opinion.

Excellent work! Looks like a cool place to live (the bars on window would concern me though, LOL). I might've tried a little more specularity on the bike (chrome) and plant leaves, but that's my personal preference. :) I really like how you were creative in the shadows that are being cast against the wall. Wouldn't know you had the sun turned off. Overall it's an awesome render!

very nicely done - both technically and aesthetically!

very nice as said above but there are a couple of unnecessary faults: (1) The bike - a rather poor model with strange proportions and way too low poly. (2) The ground & stairs - the look flat and too clean. Maybe some cracks and grass would fix that. (3) The plants are also too low poly, especially the ones in the pots on the wall. Sorry about pointing out details but no one else has. Hope it helps to make it even better!
