Description

I couldn't believe when I saw this package today. This is one of my all time favorite movies (and yes I've heard all of the cracks about immature taste). I've even got my grandson (Iggy) addicted to it. In fact the Rocketeer could fly circles around Harry in a Quidatch match. So this is it, no more half naked women. From now on it's "The Rocketeer". I'm joking, I think lol. Thanks for looking!! ------ Credits ------ M3 by Daz Sky Hunter Rocket Men by kurokuma

I liked this movie as well. I loved all the visual cues to early Hollywood and star-studded Los Angeles, from the obvious early movie stars, down to the references to the pre-Disney orange groves where Disneyland was later located. One critique: you forgot his gloved thumb control switch....

Awesome! Maybe it's because I'm a girl, but I'd much rather see the Rockateer than half naked women. That's just me of course. LOL I love the look of movement in this image. Magnificent artwork!

The movie was good but the original comics were better, this image does both credit :-) In the comic his girl, Jenny, was more like Betty Page!

Oh, this is marvelous. You've created a wonderful sense of motion. Love the fire coming from the jetpack and the dramatic sky. Excellent work!!

How did you make the jetblast flame? I had a lot of trouble getting my propane flamethrower flame (freestuff) anywhere near realistic.

A wonderful image Joel! I see you've used your hair painting skills to give us flames (WOW)! Love the motion blur you've provided too and the textures this guy has in his costume are superb!!! VOTE

Awesome motion blur! But I always wondered if the Rocketeer didn't burn his butt off on a long flight... Must have asbestos plates in the bottoms of his pants! Magnificent image, love the fire, well done!
