Description

This is for all the internet friendship that develop over time and over cyberspace. They are no less real nor are our friendship's less important to us. Andy was one of my first friends here and is as dear to me as any flesh and blood person I have the luxury of spending real time and moments with. Andy, this one is for you, my friend. Wouldn't it be great to be able to sit back and share a few laughs and just be able to talk face to face? It would be such fun. Perhaps someday ... Midnight Flowers I send you petals on a moon beam In my twelve o�clock room with a view of city-starlight I play a lonely pixel-song These midnight flowers find their way to you and feel the gaze of your eyes when an ocean between us won�t let me feel it for myself Yet on a night of too few shimmering wonders I can look out and know that my heaven and yours are the same, one melancholy sky On the crest of a moon beam sail magic and memory, to carry a fragment of gentle longing torn from my heart by the waves of a million mile sea. I'd find it very difficult, my friend, to say which of these I find most moving: a subtle, exquisitely-crafted and very classy piece of wonderful artwork; a beautifully written and so very tender poem; and a truly marvellous and heartfelt dedication. Certainly as a whole they are a really wondrous gift.
