Description

A HOME LINE...... almost missed it for dried up leaf. I had a tough time in capturing this as the sun was shining too bright on the other side of the fence where there is a road. Anyway, I fixed a palm leaf to ward off the glare a bit. Sorry for the width........had to show the max possible of the home line, without compromising the details. :O)) Thanks for your views & comments. I am trying to stay on net and enjoy the gallary as much as my service provider allows me to........ grrrrrrrrr...... dunno when the service will improve. SNAKEY SNAKEY SNAKEY

I'm just amazed by this!!.... kind of scary to see so many wasps in one place... Good thinking to use the palm leave for the background glare and composition is good, but I have to say it... the image is over-exposed. It looks like fill-flash was used, which because of the background glare is a good idea, but it's just to harsh... a diffuser over the unit or even tissue paper to cut down the light might have helped.

Mich .... u r right. I did use flash fill as this was in a strange place. Just above this barbed wire is a big palm tree throwing all it's shadow on the spot....and adding to the already dark part of the hedge was the sunshine glare from the road, so i was practically fighting against two odds. I wish I had found the key to the gate so that I could have moved to the other side and done the palm setting a bit far too, to get a beter DOF. By the way this part of my garden........so , I guess I can use all the tips that you guys share here.;) ty
