What a sad, paranoid & cynical world these neo-cons live in (& are dragging the rest of us into). Waging war in the name of democracy in Iraq while eroding freedoms in our own country is just one example of the Strauss philosophy in practice. Very thoughtful piece - too bad the vast majority of Bush supporters won't ever be exposed to this information. Thanks for posting it (& having the courage to open it up to comments).
