Desaturation of the background was a great idea, he's got such nice colors! Love the orange 'czolki' :D His leg looks like a nice piece of salmon... wonder how it tastes like... :D Fabulous macro.

You can almost sense in his ready features the power to do very little particularly well other than to skip forward with power, land and eat. Roasted crickets are a delicacy in some desert lands! ... to think that some folk chow down on this gear, crunch crunch yum yum? Nope I couldn't do it!

My uncle use to love eating choclate covered grasshoppers...yuck. Just the crunch would put me over the edge. lol. I think I like him just fine the way you presented him. Nice thought of desaturating the background to keep in the center of attention. Nice detail & capture....so we're you laying on your tummy to get this...food for thought...er...maybe not. ;)
