Description

Yippiiieehh yeahh! At last done! What you see is the top of the Schneibstein, 2276 m, 1:00 p.m. I thought I would never reach it. The last 300 m were enormous steep and very strenuous! Couldn't get breath enough and had to stop sometimes every 3 steps. I really had stars turning around in my head. LOL There was no path, only boring rocks, stones, and less grass....a neverending hike! In the moment I reached the top all strains were forgotten! My mind opened wide, my soul was jumping and I was willing to hug the clouds! In my face a silent but big SMILE. Behind the crosses one would find the view onto the Hoher G

Rita, I'm proud of you! :) That must have been a real challenge and you took it. Bravo on your character, girl :) And the shot is wonderful, too - love the POV and colors and compo... Just love it :)

Ok, if you felt this good think of how the people who built the crosses felt.

In the moment you reached the top all strains were forgotten. Yes I know how it feels. That is a good motivation for the next summit. I wonder why there are two crosses. What is written on the second?
