Description

The weather was fine, no clouds around the summit and my nose! But it was cold. So put on a jacket and enjoying the views and freedom! To the right behind me I found a plate confirming the border between germany and austria. In the back you can see the Watzmann again in it's cloudy dress. We decided to wait until 2:00 p.m., the time all visitors are gone and we wouldn't meet any human on our further way (about 4-5 hours) over the ridge. Thanks for all comments and visits!

4-5 hours is a long walk, you have good condition :-) Montain hiking is a good way to make sports and to be motivated, keep on going and posting!

Lovely picture, its funny how all the effort and hard work of getting to the top, quickly fades when you're finally up there. I hope your still smiling when you get to the top of your first Munro in September!!!
