Description

Don't you hate it when your hyperdrive packs up and sends you into the wrong galaxy? Well my 3dsmax days are over (demo has expired)and these were the last 2 models I created. I created 'Slave 1' in about 2 hours (You don't want to see the back of it trust me LOL) And the 'Pillar of Autumn' as seen in the game HALO took a day to make (I've never played HALO so forgive me if the model isn't 100 percent) Thank's to everyone that has given me advice regarding modeling over the weeks, I appreciate it and who knows? One day I may get my hands on Max again. Cheers Minty

Hey that's just like the real starwars stuff, you're not supose to see the back side of the sail barge either...lol Very authentic :-) Excellent job on the ships and a fantastic render :-)

Very, very nice work there. You can get gmax, which is not quite as robust but will still let you continue your modeling coolness.

Truly excellent! I have tried out Max, and just scratched the surface of it. Alas, my demo expired too. sigh All it takes is money, these days. :o)

Nice work Minty, the camera angle gives the Autumn a great sense of scale. Hope you find another program you can use, would be a shame if you stopped all together.
