BIG FAT VOTE!! Beautifully impressionistic. I looked and looked and looked, and when I get done typing, I'm going to look again! Absolutely perfect verse to accompany it, as well. One of your finest, IMHO.

A memorable piece of work, Jack. There is something hauntingly beautiful and hopeful about this image. I love the perspective and the way the design forms and flows- first the dying, then the dynamic rebirth. The colorplay is a touch of brilliance as it so effectively portrays the sea and death (a rusty mix of darkness), then light and life. Outstanding work.

I would have been here sooner to comment, but they actually made me work at work today, can you believe it?? Anyway, I am so happy that I finally did get to see it, and it truly takes my breath away. I can envision this on a poster, or framed as a painting...an original and exceptional piece of art... Excellent!

Jack, I am in Awe! As you can see by the words above your work has touched everyone so! Your representation of the poem is uncanny and I too vision sails and sand patterns on the shore. Truly a work of art!
