Description

So her she is, my favourite flame so far. I keep finding birds for some reason, lol. I gave up trying to render in UF3 (hey, I gave it over 22 hours.) and resorted to my primitive PhotoImpression to combine the layers. Not as happy but one day I will have a better com to try it on or the lost reg code to my PSP. Thanks to all those who wrote Apo tutorials! Thanks to Classyladytwo and Valcali for pointing me to the tuts and the tips :)! Thanks to Redbeard for the rendering tips! Thanks to MrPsiquedelico for his wonderful apo gradients! Apophysis 2 (flame 1 layer), UF3 (beak, eyes, feet, background) and PI to combine all and sig.

Great looking bird and background! Really bright colors and clean lines. The beak and feet are terrific, you did a wonderful job of layering this together. Fantastic!

This is delightful, Melissa! I can certainly relate to finding birds these days... ;) It must have been quite a feat to find feet (sorry... it's a normal sentence... I had no control over the syntax... lol!) in UF... I can barely find the work window in UF... and I'm fairly certain that if I asked for feet in there, I would get the finger instead... ;) This is an excellent image! :)
