Looking very good so far. You should add a more prominent rim lighting for the back of the glasses and organics. Add to this, some translucency and break up the specular highlights on the fruit. Right now it all looks a bit plasticy. Add a noise map or something to the reflection channel for the fruit, or just add it to the specular highlight channel if you are not using VRay materials for the fruit.
