Can't really help you improve if we don't know what you're shooting for ;) But a general hint would be to add some textures, and definently some bump mapping for that plane holding up the dolls since its a nice low angle. And it looks like it's a table next to a window... so maybe a window would be good where that hole is showing the bird.
