Recently, I've read some unkind comments about
landscape artists in this gallery. I'm wondering
why it is necessary to be rude about other
people's artwork; is that a way to be a member of
a community? If someone doesn't like landscapes,
or is "bored" by them...it's very easy to not
click on the thumbnail. I try very hard to be
positive and find something good in each image I
comment on; if I have advice, I prefer to IM the
person. But I can't see the reason for pointed
insults that, while they don't violate the TOS,
just aren't necessary. The various versions of Vue
are first of all landscape generators; second,
to each their own vision is what makes their art.
I would sincerely hope that nobody feels compelled
to increase their "popularity" or votes by
treating others with less than respect.

Agree 100% with your comments. I try to look at design and color. Vue is a landscape program primarily and one of the best. Cute mice and models are great if you have them, but I prefer technique over a cute model anyday. Your vegetation is supurb! Great lighting also.. My vote.

I seem to have missed that tasteless comment. Well, landscapes are one of the primary genres of visualization - painting, photography etc. and your images constantly grow and improve, what more could an artist want? Thanks for continuing to post.

Sheesh. Love those comments from the lurkers who've only joined within the last week. Of course you're absolutely right, Christie. I've been away but am back and have seen one or two comments here that I could do without seeing. Truly annoying.
