Description
This scene of a couple Messerschmidts was created in RDS 5.5. The environment was done with with the Four Elements extension. It took about 60 hours to buld. The model is very detailed.
In this scene Major Adolf Galland, commander of III Gruppe of Jagdgeshwader 26 (textures show the distinct colors of the squadron)and his wingman are caught "in the soup" on one of his many patrol sorties of over the English Channel. One of the major hazzards of flying over the English Channel is the violent and unpredictable weather.
This 3D illustration is not a political statement, I do not support the NAZI ideas or politics. So please dont waste my time with emails about that. I illustrate aircraft from all sides.

I'd love to see the detailed model up close. Do you have any larger renders? Also do you have any decent FW190's? I can't seem to find those anywhere. I really like this pic BTW.
