I think the association with Jules Verne is a good one. Ok, i don't think your art needs comparison, it is unique and always fantastic - in the best way of the word. This is fantastic really - again, in the best and in all senses of the word. Brilliant.

Nice Kenwas! Just a note, I might think about flipping the clouds left to right so the direction of light is the same for both your scene and background. ;)
